1977 Toyota LandCruiser FJ40

Overview:

This FJ40 arrived at Well Sorted in the middle of a stalled restoration project. After discovering numerous rust issues the first build shop had modified the body tub and replaced the rear section with a 3/4 tub. Extensive metal finishing and repair was required to bring the body to a satisfactory condition for paint, but now the truck wears a coat of original Toyota Sky Blue. The interior was reupholstered with brown vinyl covers featuring numerous modern upgrades such as electric power steering, Vintage Air AC, Dakota Digital gauges, and a modern stereo. The engine received a full rebuild and was upgraded with electronic ignition and a modern alternator.
